Guarantee
We guarantee each and every dog purchased from Northstar Pointing Labs to be healthy, both physically and mentally. All dogs are guaranteed to be clear from all hereditary hip and eyes defects for 30 months.
A Board of Certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist (CERF Clinic) must conduct eye exams. Hip X-rays must be completed by a licensed veterinarian and submitted to Orthopedic Foundation for Animals (OFA) for evaluation. A copy of any and all information pertaining to this matter must be sent to Northstar Pointing Labs as proof of the existing problem.
If one of the above problems does exist, Northstar Pointing Labs will replace said dog if another similar breeding is planned at no charge. If customer would like a replacement dog from a different breeding, the customer will be responsible for the difference in price from their current dog to the new breeding. All transportation fees are the responsibility of the owner of the dog.
If you can not part with the problem dog, we will work out an amicable arrangement that will allow you to keep the dog as long as the dog is neutered or spayed. Written proof of sterilization from the veterinarian must be submitted to Northstar Pointing Labs.
If the dog has been used to sire a litter or whelp a litter, The word Northstars needs to be in the dogs registered name as well or the guarantee is null and void. The guarantee is also non-transferable and only valid to the original dog’s owner.
Pup Prices and Shipping
The prices of puppies will vary upon which bitches whelp the litter, the stud used, as well as sex and color of the pups. We take great pride in producing top notch litters and consider many factors when choosing pairings. We believe that each customer is looking for a dog that fits them the best we do our best to evaluate what litter will best suite each customer. Average price per puppy range is between $650 - $1000 dollars.
Shipping of the pups is possible; the buyer will be responsible for all costs associated with the shipment of the pups including a fee for gas to get the pups to the airport. The price of shipping depends on the destination and where we can find flights out of, but it also will include a certificate of health and a portable kennel. The total cost to ship a puppy will vary and will be discussed with the buyer.

DEPOSITS
* Your deposit of $200 will be cashed and deposited to keep your records current.
* You must choose to deposit on either a male or female. You may switch gender, but only behind other depositors on the list.
* The deposit counts toward the purchase price of the pup.
* If a pup of the gender you deposited on is not produced your deposit is refunded or you can switch it to another litter.
* We encourage our puppy buyers to not worry about what pick you may have on a litter. The biggest difference maker when getting a pup is the time you spend with it after you pick it up and of course the single most important factor is the breeding and the talents that the parents bring to the table.
